Thank you for shopping Stitch Rabbit Hand Knits and supporting the handmade community. Your purchases and support mean so much to me. If you have any questions or comments, I would love to hear them and will reply as quickly as I can. Contact Stitch Rabbit

PROCESS

Every piece is hand knit by me in my home, usually while my children are sleeping. I pay great attention to my work, choosing colors and yarn that is both soft and durable. My designs are made with warmth and structure in mind, and I love playing with big texture.

PAYMENT

I accept Paypal as your form of payment. For more information on using Paypal as a secure form of payment you can read more on the Paypal Website

Once your order and payment has been received I will contact you via email to confirm your order and color choice. If payment is not received within 24 hours of ordering, your order will be cancelled.

SHIPPING

My preferred method of shipping is with UPS and Canada Post priority mail. If you would like to add insurance to your package please contact me and we can set something up. Your order will be shipped to you no later than seven days after receiving payment. If under special circumstances such as an order back log, I am not able to ship to you in that time frame, you will be informed at time of purchase.

I am not responsible for packages lost or damaged in the mail. If something this unfortunate were to happen please contact me.
